Not satisfied? Return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.

EU right of withdrawal

If you're shopping from the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, in line with EU consumer law. To do so, email support@brookhound.com.

Return conditions

Items should be unused and in their original condition. To start a return, email support@brookhound.com with your order number and we'll send instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
